This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world - from Thailand and China to Morocco. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Because your products are coming from so far away, they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So don't worry if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

My Item Arrived Damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with:

- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
